Handling a Major Life Change Without Freaking Out

I recently shared the news of our move to another city this month. I'm not sure if you know, but moving is one of the most stressful life events, right after the death of a loved one, and divorce. Your body's natural instinct is to respond to changes and identify potential dangers. It activates the stress response system, which includes adrenaline and cortisol, to put you in a state of fight-or-flight. I can say that this was NOT my experience.

In August my family got a great offer all of a sudden which required a quick response and quick action. I was absolutely certain that it was the best option for us, so we decided to relocate.

Where I live many things happen slowly but in our case, everything moved super fast. Now, when I think about the entire process, I see how amazingly everything came together. In a very short period of time, we managed to rent a flat that allowed our Golden Retriever, and we also managed to sell our apartment quickly although the housing market had really slowed down.

Was it physically demanding? Yes. BUT let me assure you that there was no mental stress, no emotional stress, no anxiety, no sleepless nights, no tension, no drama, and no wondering if everything was going to fall into place! It all just happened so smoothly.

I'm so grateful for this experience of the flow because what I knew deep inside became my reality. Now, what's left is this deep fate that opportunities and people come to me at the right moment when I release the inner blockages.

Why am I sharing this with you? Because I want Every Single Woman to experience this when it comes to minor and major changes in her life. There is no need to freak out, and there is no need for anxiety. You can confidentially move through changes while remaining calm and collected!

I'm so looking forward to helping other women experience the same.
